In conjunction with HULL 3D Rbotics we developed a robotic lawnmower completely from scratch. The robot is fully 3d printed and all its electronics are standard, this allows it to be manufactured in modern micro-factories.
For its navigation, it uses state-of-the-art laser sensors, a custom perimeter cable electromagnetic field detecting system (developed in conjunction with our partner Electronica TA) and a bumper array system.
